The black truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) sublimates this recipe block of Foie Gras with pieces.

With 30% pieces of foie gras, this block of duck foie gras is an excellent compromise between the block and the whole foie gras.

Prepared with quality ducks, it is very tasty and has nice pieces of whole foie gras in the cut.

Tip: You can keep the box at room temperature, but must put it in the refrigerator 12 hours before tasting. Serve chilled but not glazed with toast toast.
